Driving technology: UW-Madison engineers advice Beloit accessible works clarify hydrogen ammunition system

Working with University of Wisconsin-Madison civil and environmental engineering faculty and students, staff of the Beloit, Wisconsin, Department of Public Works have been implementing and improving an electrolysis system for generating hydrogen. Coupled with gas or diesel engines, the hydrogen could help city vehicles boost their gas mileage and reduce their emissions.
